Firstly, Before filling lube oil, please let the lube oil filling machine work without or with less lube oil for few minutes, and during this period, please strengthen the observation of the operating status of the lube oil filling machine, to check wether any part shaking; whether the chain is stuck, and whether there is abnormal sound etc. If there is any problem, please stop the machine, and solve the problem first, then let the machine work.

Then, When the machine working, the lube oil filling machine is not allowed to have abnormal noise and vibration during work; if there is, please stop the machine immediately, and don’t adjust any part when the lube oil filling machine is working. After the machine stops, please check if the machine is out of oil or There is wear and tear.

Lastly, When you want to rinse the machine, you must turn off the power supply and air supply. It is forbidden to clean the electrical unit with water and other liquids. The lube oil filling machine is equipped with electrical control components. Under no circumstances should you directly flush the body with water, otherwise there will be a risk of electric shock and damage to the electrical control components.

To prevent electric shock, the lube oil filling machine must be well grounded. After turning off the power switch, there is still voltage in some circuits in the electrical control of the edible oil filling machine. The power cord must be unplugged during maintenance and control of the circuit.
